About the cottage

The spacious KITCHEN is equipped with an electric oven and grill, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, dining table seating eight and high chair. The comfortable LOUNGE has sofas, wood burning stove, tv, video, DVD player and hi fi. The large CONSERVATORY has cane sofa and chairs and a dining table seating six. There is a further PARLOUR that can be used as a games room, breakfast room or a quiet retreat with table and chairs. There is a downstairs W.C with basin and a separate UTILITY ROOM with sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs are four bedrooms. The MASTER BEDROOM has a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower and W.C; there is another large DOUBLE BEDROOM with wooden cot, and two TWIN ROOMS, one with wash basin. There is a folding bed for larger groups and an additional travel cot can be supplied upon request. The good sized BATHROOM has bath, bidet,W.C and over the bath shower. The house is centrally heated throughout and there is a telephone with honesty box.Unlimited WI-FI is now available. The front and rear gardens are safely enclosed for children and pets with a large lawned area to the rear and a wooden goal for the football enthusiasts. The conservatory opens onto the patio and a barbecue, garden table and chairs are provided for guests use.
