There are plenty of things to do to interest all ages, and you can be as active or as relaxed as you like.We have suggested a small number of activities/pursuits below by way of example, although, for the less energetic, reading in the peace and quiet of the conservatory at Tremaes is hard to beat.

Riding all the year round
East Nolton riding stables, recommended for all ages and abilities,dramatic beach riding or riding inland in the countryside. A short drive from Tremaes.

Pembrokeshire Coast Path
You will probably already know of the coast path. There are spectacular parts of the path near to Tremaes, eg around St Davids Head, Abereiddy etc, and this site has up to date information on what is happening within the National Park, including weather and a section on walks which can be downloaded. The coast path is an all year round attraction and can be walked in all weathers.

Take a boat trip around Ramsey Island
Take a high speed voyage around the island. An exhilirating and recommended trip, with the chance to see the wildlife, such as the seals at close hand. Particularly recommended in late summer/early Autumn when the seals return to Ramsey to give birth and there are many adults and pups around.

Surfing or bodyboarding at Newgale
For the beginner or the experienced, you can hire wetsuits and boards all year round. Well worth a try - even in the winter. Surfing instruction is available in the summer months.

Visit St Davids Cathedral
For a more sedate activity, the cathedral is of historical and present day interest, and hosts a music festival at the end of May/early June.
